Decent machineguns are very hard to come by in our scale, with most plastic kit guns being poorly detailed, and usually overscale (particularly the barrels). What's the point in putting in a ton of effort to make a super-detailed and highly realistic Sherman tank model, only to ruin it by mounting on it a substandard machinegun? As you can see in the Browning .50cal Comparison Article, many of the plastic guns that come with our tank kits are substandard. The gun presented here from Mini World is fantastic, and I'll just let the following scans speak for themselves.

Accuracy of this piece looks very good to me, based on my limited references. The overall length is perhaps just a hair too long, but will be completely unnoticable in this scale.
