Well, I guess Milicast can't be perfect all of the time. This set really has a lot going for it, in way of unique figures in different casual poses, with different heights and body shapes. But as you can see from the scan, there are several flaws in this set as well. Some of the head-swapping was done fairly poorly, and the guy third from the left not only has a piece of crud attached to his face (a bandage?), but what the hell happened to his uniform? Either he wasn't completely sculpted at the time this set was cast, or else he had a ton of mold-release gel smeared all over him. Very diappointing, because I like his head a lot. Guess it's time for some surgery. Not seen in this scan are ejector-pin marks on the backs of a couple of the figures, indicating that they were copied from injected plastic figures from some source I'm not aware of.

Although it's not a steller entry in Milicast's lineup, most of these figures will be perfectly usable once cleaned up a bit.
